Usage Guide
General Recommendation:
Top Dressing: Carefully broadcast, spread, and incorporate up to 650g Alfalfa Meal for every 2m (21ft). Apply up to 1x per month or as desired.
Custom Soil Blend: Add up to 2 tbsp (30ml) alfalfa meal per gallon (4L) of soil or growing medium. Blend and mix thoroughly.
Alfalfa Meal Tea: Mix up to 650g Alfalfa Meal with up to 5 gallons of water. Allow alfalfa to soak and steep for 1-5 days. For faster infusion, stir occasionally. Strain alfalfa (optional) to avoid clogging your watering can holes and apply directly onto the soil around your plants.
Storage: Store Alfalfa Meal in a cool, dry, dark location and seal packaging between use. Avoid moisture, heat, and direct sun for an extended shelf life. We recommend using your alfalfa meal with 2 years of purchase, however the nutrients and organic matter will last indefinitely.
